These guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and set out the standards of conduct that members must follow. Where these guidelines differ from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.
Nekorobi is a service that connects people.
Members must treat each other with respect.
The following are prohibited:
• Abusive language
• Intimidating behaviour
• Discriminatory remarks
• Threats
• Harassment
• Persistent unwanted contact
• Stalking
Nekorobi is a relaxation service.
It is not a place to offer or request sexual services.
The following are prohibited:
• Requesting sexual services
• Offering sexual services
• Obscene acts
• Requesting sexual contact
• Sending sexual images
• Forcing sexual conversation
• Sexual jokes or remarks
• Unnecessary physical contact
• Operating an adult entertainment business
• Any act suggestive of sexual services
Where a breach is confirmed, the account may be suspended immediately or the member may be removed.
Stop or decline the service in the following cases:
• If you feel unsafe
• If there is violence
• If there are threats
• If a party is under the influence of alcohol
• If there is a health concern
• If we judge the situation to be unsafe
Customers and therapists must not receive or provide the service while under the influence of alcohol.
The service may be stopped for safety reasons.
Nekorobi prohibits exchanging the following:
• LINE
• X
• TikTok
• Discord
• Telegram
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• QR codes
• Any other external means of contact
Such messages may be blocked.
With anyone you meet through Nekorobi, doing any of the following
• Booking outside the site
• Cash payment
• Direct bank transfer
• Use of external services
• Ongoing service contracts
is prohibited.
Functions requiring identity checks, including booking requests and acceptance, are available after approval. Browsing, registration and booking have different conditions.
Complete the email verification shown at registration. SMS verification is not currently mandatory. False registration is prohibited.
Reviews are reference information for other members.
The following posts are prohibited:
• False content
• Defamation
• Personal information
• Threatening content
• Discriminatory content
• Content that breaches the law
Please report it if you come across any of the following:
• Sexual harassment
• Abusive language
• Dangerous behaviour
• Last-minute cancellation
• Direct transactions
• Requests to exchange contact details
• Impersonation
• Fraudulent payment
• Breach of the terms
Nekorobi prohibits providing the service at love hotels or any other facility we consider inappropriate.
Customers and therapists must observe this.
Therapists must ensure the following:
• Clean appearance
• Use of clean towels and equipment
• Use of GPS
• Punctuality
• Honest conduct
• Safe practice
Where the terms or these guidelines are breached, we may take the following measures:
• Warning
• Suspension of chat
• Suspension of bookings
• Withholding of proceeds
• Cancellation of proceeds
• Suspension of the account
• Removal of the member
• Reporting to the relevant authorities
• Claim for damages
Where a criminal act, act of violence, stalking or other emergency occurs, we may provide information to the police or other relevant authorities.
Nekorobi values creating an environment that customers, therapists and shop members can all use with confidence.
