Read the Japanese original →Smile Partner Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") sets out these terms for therapists and shop members who register with Nekorobi. These terms apply as special provisions to the Nekorobi Terms of Service.
1. These terms apply to therapists and shop members.
2. Matters not provided for in these terms are governed by the Terms of Service.
3. Where the Terms of Service and these terms differ, these terms apply with priority.
A therapist must satisfy the following conditions.
(1) Be 18 years of age or older
(2) Not be a high school student
(3) Have completed the email verification shown at registration
(4) Have completed identity verification
(5) Have completed registration of a facial photograph
(6) Have completed registration of a bank account
(7) Have passed our screening
Registration itself does not universally require a national qualification. However, treatments requiring a license or qualification under law must not be offered without it.
Calling a service relaxation does not remove legal qualification requirements or restrictions on medical acts. Describe qualifications, experience and services accurately and act within the law and your competence.
1. Registration of a facial photograph is mandatory.
2. Photographs of other people, AI-generated images and significantly edited images are prohibited.
3. We may request that a photograph be changed.
Private names and documents obtained for identity checks are not normally disclosed to other members. Member-published profile information and disclosures based on consent or law follow the Privacy Policy.
1. A therapist may be affiliated with one shop only.
2. Affiliation with more than one shop is prohibited.
3. Shop affiliation information is managed in our administration console.
When a shop affiliation ends, affiliation details and shop access are updated as needed. Account restrictions require reasonable grounds such as safety.
Affected members may request an explanation and review. Statutory rights to object or resolve disputes remain intact.
A therapist must provide the service in good faith.
A therapist shall prepare the equipment for the service at their own responsibility and expense.

1. A therapist must use clean equipment at all times.
2. The use of unsanitary equipment is prohibited.
3. We may request improvement.
A therapist must maintain clean clothing and personal appearance that does not cause discomfort to users.
1. The service may be provided at the customer's home or at lodging facilities.
2. Providing the service at a love hotel is prohibited.
3. Where a therapist judges that there is a danger, the therapist may refuse or discontinue the service.
Drinking alcohol before the service, or providing the service while under the influence of alcohol, is prohibited.
Whether or not to provide the service to a pregnant customer is at the therapist's discretion.
Where a therapist judges that the service cannot be provided safely, the therapist may refuse to provide it.
When traveling for a paid booking, use sharing and arrival reporting as instructed. Location collection depends on device permission.
If unavailable due to connectivity or permissions, communicate your arrival estimate in chat and contact support as needed. Falsifying location or arrival records is prohibited.
1. A therapist must arrive by the booked time.
2. Lateness is treated as a violation.
3. We may take measures taking the circumstances of the lateness into account.
Where the customer is absent, the therapist shall make contact by chat or other means and shall keep the necessary records.
A therapist may receive remuneration corresponding to the booking fee.
We deduct an operating commission of 20% of the booking fee.
1. A customer may pay a gift (tip) at their discretion.
2. We deduct an operating commission of 20% of the gift.
Paid bookings are recorded as earnings when the customer confirms completion after the session ends.
Without the customer's completion confirmation, automatic completion after 24 hours from the scheduled end requires payment, the customer's start confirmation, the therapist's end report and no issue or cancellation consultation on record. Bookings with a reported issue require customer completion confirmation even after resolution. An arrival record or no-show report alone does not establish earnings or cancellation fees.
Earnings recognition and bank transfer are separate. Refunds and objections are reviewed under the Terms and Cancellation Policy. Automatic completion does not extinguish statutory claims.
Proceeds are aggregated with a closing time of 23:59 every Sunday.
We make a transfer to the registered bank account on the Friday of the week following the closing date.
A transfer fee of 200 yen is deducted at the time of transfer.
We may withhold proceeds in accordance with the Terms of Service.
We may cancel proceeds in accordance with the Terms of Service.
The following are prohibited.
(1) Sexual services
(2) Acts of an adult entertainment business
(3) Obscene acts
(4) Responding to sexual requests
(5) Sexual contact
(6) Sending sexual images
Direct transactions with customers are prohibited.
Exchanging LINE or other external contact details is prohibited.
The giving or receiving of cash or other money outside the service is prohibited.
False profiles, career histories and representations of qualifications are prohibited.
A therapist shall file tax returns and pay taxes at their own responsibility.
1. The service is provided directly between the customer and the therapist, and we are not a party to the service contract.
2. Any accident, injury, ill health, damage to or loss of property, or any other loss arising from or in connection with the service shall be resolved between the customer and the therapist, and we bear no liability to the extent permitted by law.
3. Therapists shall, as necessary, take out insurance at their own cost and on their own responsibility.
4. We bear no obligation to take out insurance for therapists.
Where a therapist causes damage to us or to a third party by breaching these terms or otherwise, we may claim compensation for that damage.
We may take measures for compulsory withdrawal in accordance with the Terms of Service and these terms.
Notice, consent and application of amendments to existing bookings follow Article 67 of the Terms.
These terms take effect on the date of enactment.
