Prices
Treatment prices and durations are shown in each therapist’s menu and the application/payment confirmation screen. Available courses vary by therapist. Video consultations cost JPY 1,000 per 10 minutes. Travel fees are zero.
Fees and charges
The 20% platform fee on treatment bookings and tips is deducted from the therapist’s payout, not added to the customer’s displayed price. Users bear internet charges.
Payment methods
Treatment bookings use PayPal after acceptance. Available cards are shown at checkout. Bank transfer is available only where offered for the specific product or service.
Payment timing
Treatment bookings require advance payment by the displayed deadline after therapist acceptance. Acceptance alone neither charges nor confirms the booking. Other products are paid at the time stated on their checkout screen.
Timing of service
At the date and time of the confirmed booking, the therapist visits the specified location and provides the relaxation service.
Cancellation and refunds
Withdrawal or expiry of unpaid requests is free. Paid cancellations, no-shows and refunds for non-provision follow Articles 2–8 and 12 of the Cancellation Policy. Statutory termination and refund rights remain intact.
Payments to therapists
Earnings recognition, cutoff dates, bank transfer dates and fees follow Articles 22–25 of the Therapist Terms. Payment is made before booking confirmation, not by mutual payment agreement after treatment.
Eligibility and screening
Both customers and therapists must pass age and identity verification using photo ID. Depending on the outcome of that screening, membership may not be granted.
