Who can use it
Only verified therapists and shops. It is never shown to customers.
Renting a room
11. Open “Browse rooms”, pick an area, and compare rooms by amenities, price and photos
22. Choose the date, start time and length (and how many extensions, if any)
33. Pay in advance by credit card (PayPal). Your booking is confirmed the moment payment goes through
44. The full address (street, building and room number) appears once payment is complete
55. Use the room on the day. It is marked as used automatically after the end time
Listing your room
11. Register it from “Manage my rooms” (area, nearest station, amenities, up to 10 photos)
22. Set your hourly price, the extension unit and its price, and your minimum booking length
33. A request is confirmed once the renter completes payment
44. After the booking ends, the fee minus the 20% platform fee is added to that month's payout
55. “Unpublish” stops new requests at any time (your listing details are kept)
How the price is calculated
1Total = hourly price x hours + extension price x number of extensions
2Requests shorter than the owner's minimum booking length are not accepted
3One request can cover up to 12 consecutive hours, with up to 8 extensions
4The amount is always calculated on the server (the figure shown on screen is never charged as-is)
Money
1The platform fee is 20% of the room fee (the same as bookings and gifts)
2Owner receives = room fee - the 20% platform fee
3It is paid out monthly together with bookings, gifts, video consults and paid practice
4A ¥200 bank transfer fee is deducted from each transfer
Address and cancellation
1The full address stays hidden until payment (area, city and nearest station are public)
2Either the renter or the owner can cancel
3Cancelling a paid booking is refunded to your card automatically through PayPal
4Unpaid requests are cancelled automatically once the start time passes
FAQ
Can customers rent a room?
No. Only therapists and shops can. It is not shown to customers.
When do I get the address?
It appears on the room page as soon as your payment completes.
How do I book an extension?
Choose the number of extensions on the request form. The unit (10-60 min) and its price are set by the owner.
What if two people book the same slot?
Overlapping requests are rejected on the server. The first request wins.
When am I paid?
Once the booking is marked as used, it is included in that month's payout.
